SUBJECT:

A) Approval of the State Funded Grant Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation regarding the Black Creek Bike Path (FPN: 446154-4-54-01) in an amount up to $375,000.00 to assist with Construction and Inspection Services cost of the Clay County Black Creek Bike Trail project.

B) Approval of the accompanying authorizing resolution.

C) Approval of the accompanying budget resolution.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
FDOT will reimburse up to $375,000.00 for the Construction and Construction Engineering and Inspection of the Clay County Black Creek Bike Trail.  Construction includes replacing stringers, decking and handrails in all three sections of the wooden boardwalk along US 17 / SR15 Bike Path from Black Creek to CR 220 and US 17 / SR 15 Bike Path from Crossing Entrance to Doctors Inlet.  The Project is to be completed on or before June 30, 2027.
