A. Approval of the First Amendment to Agreement No. 2023/2024-109 for Residential Curbside Collection Services with FCC Environmental Services Florida, LLC.

B. Approval of rates and Use Agreement for an Additional Garbage Cart.

• First Amendment to the Agreement with FCC amends the definition of Lawn and Leaf Bag to include a plastic bag for placement of Yard Trash and provides for the County instead of FCC to administer the program for the second Garbage Cart.

• Property owners wishing to have a second Garbage Cart will be required to execute a Use Agreement and pay the following fees: (1) One-time nonrefundable fee of $61 for a 65 gallon cart or $66 for a 95 gallon cart and (2) an annual disposal fee based on a monthly rate of $5.11 for FY24/25 (fee for first year will be pro-rated based on the month the cart is leased).
