| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | This letter of agreement is for the State FY24/25 Public Emergency Medical Transportation Program. The County will remit payment to the State in an amount not to exceed $561,449.93, due by 10/31/24, covering the period of 7/1/24 through 6/30/25. Funds are paid into a pool and in turn, the County is able to recoup a larger percentage of Medicaid funds to offset the cost of the service. The recouped funds are used for the Public Medical Transportation Program. |
