This process is known as the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR). (Section 163.3191 F.S.) This staff report summarizes the outcome of Staff’s evaluation of the current comprehensive plan based on the State’s guidelines.

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | 1) An additional attachment "2045 EAR Data and Analysis" will be uploaded prior to the Board meeting.
2) An additional attachment "final comp plan changes" will be uploaded prior to the Board meeting.
3) The attachment "Comp Plan (red-line copy)" will be replaced with an updated version prior to the Board meeting.

The EAR Amendment must be transmitted to the State under the State Coordinated Review process prior to October 1, 2024. The State will issue an Objection, Recommendation and Comments Report (ORC) within 60 days of their receipt of the amendment and an adoption hearing for this amendment will be scheduled shortly thereafter. | | | | | |
