Approval of Ninth Renewal to Agreement No. 98/99-80, Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for Disbursement of Operational Funding at the St. Johns River State College (SJRSC) Performing Arts Complex with the District Board of Trustees, in the amount of $125,000 for each fiscal year. The term of this Renewal is October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2026.  Approval is contingent upon approval of the budget for each fiscal year.

This is a cost reimbursement Agreement contingent upon SJRSC continued use of the Performing Arts Complex. The County will provide a maximum reimbursement of $125,000.00 for each fiscal year, covering both FY24/25 and FY25/26. Reimbursement will be for operational costs of the Performing Arts Complex. These operational costs shall consist of purchasing programming, advertising, and promotional materials that will be distributed outside of Clay County.  This Agreement is funded solely from Tourist Development Tax and is the same amount that was funded through the previous renewal. The County may schedule events and/or meetings at the Performing Arts Complex and/or the Conference Center, including associated parking lots, without charge.
