Land Development Code is to amend portions of Section 3-5, Conditional Uses to create a new conditional use of Rural Event Venue and to permit the Rural Event  Venue use as a Conditional Use in Branan Field Rural Suburbs, Lake Asbury Rural Community land uses and in Agricultural and Agricultural/Residential zoning districts.
