Approval to post Notice of Intent to Award Bid No. Bid No. 24/25-103, Sidewalk for the Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program to Jax Utilities Management in the amount of $817,869.20. Final Completion shall be accomplished within 120 days from the effective date of the executed agreement. Approval of award will be effective after the 72-hour protest period was expired.

The County requested Bids from licensed and qualified Contractors to install select locations of sidewalk throughout Clay County. These locations include sidewalk improvements to portions of Harrison Avenue, Parkridge Avenue, Choctaw Trail, Logan Street, Bluejay Drive and Mallard Road. This project is Federally Funded under the Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 

The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion within 120 days from the effective date of the executed agreement.
