By ordinance the Clay County Commissioners have imposed the $65.00 court cost authorized under Section 939.185, Florida Statutes a/k/a the "$65 Funds." The amount has increased from $104,000.00 ($50.00 per hour, not to exceed 40 hours per week) in FY24/25. |
