Compliance services related to specific Florida Department of Environmental Protection permits listed in the work scope associated with Rosemary Hill.  Services include, but are not limited to, landfill inspections, data management, landfill gas monitoring, annual financial assurance cost estimates, long-term care plan update, SWMF's NPDES compliance, leachate system assistance, permit renewals and/or permit modifications, solid waste consulting assistance, and other environmental or solid waste services as deemed necessary by the County. The maximum compensation increased from $187,000.00 for FY24/25 to $211,000.00 for FY25/26 due to additional tasks (Technical Report, Stabilization Report, and Long-Term-Care Plan update are due with permit-renewal in 2026) as well as a 2.67% hourly rate increase. This amendment also provides for a year extension. Staff has reviewed the increase, and such are found to be less than the annual CPI adjustment for this year.
