| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | Challenge Enterprises pickup, handle, and store commodities in dry and cool warehouse space and then prepackage and provide delivery on a monthly schedule to approximately six locations in the County for income eligible individuals to receive additional groceries. Challenge Enterprises hires individuals with disabilities to assist with these services and has provided these services for the County for many years. The County will pay $5,012.58 monthly upon receipt of a written monthly invoice and documentation describing the services provided. The County will also reimburse Challenge Enterprises for maintenance and/or services on coolers located at Challenge Enterprises during the term of this Agreement up to the maximum amount of $5,000.00. Funding amount is the same as last fiscal year. |
