The property is located along County Road 218 and Jacaranda Avenue in Middleburg. This approval is necessary for staff to begin speaking to the property owner and gathering additional information about the property and the possibility to purchase. Any further action will be brought back to the Board for consideration and approval. Purchase of this property is being considered as a site for future Fire Station 5.
