A) Approval of the Third Renewal and Amendment to Software Services Agreement No. 2021/2022-196 with OpenGov, Inc. in the amount of $47,558.71 for a period of one (1) year beginning on October 1, 2025.  Agreement is amended to provide for additional annual renewals with the option to terminate with at least 30 days-notice prior to the expiration of the then-current term.    

B) Approval of Advanced Payment of the annual renewal fee.

Terms and Conditions of this agreement is based on the Purchasing Solutions Alliance piggyback agreement No. 21-203-PCN, E-Procurement and Contract Management Solutions.  OpenGov is utilized for electronic bidding of informal and formal bids.  The software platform includes a procurement suite to address solicitation development, evaluations, solicitation awards, and supplier engagement, which has resulted in increased efficiencies and competition. The annual fee amount has increased by 5% from $45,294.01 to $47,558.71 in accordance with the original Agreement. This item requires Board approval of advance payment.
