SUBJECT:

Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFQ #18/19-36, Continuing Services Contract for Architectural Services and award to the two (2) top ranked firms, Dasher Hurst Architects as Primary and Bhide & Hall Architects as Secondary. Approval will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.  Bid submittals are available in the Purchasing Division for review. 

1. Dasher Hurst Architects = 80.66

2. Bhide & Hall Architects = 80.33

3. Ebert Norman Brady Architects = 72.66

4. Brame Heck Architects, Inc. = 59

5. Robert E. Taylor AIA Architect = 55.66

A committee consisting of the Facilities Maintenance Director, Deputy Director Engineering & Traffic Operations and Building Inspector has performed the evaluation and ranking. If desired, the Board may request presentations from the firms. Funding Sources: Various - 531000 (Various Funds & Divisions / Professional Services) (J.
