BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The TRIM process is governed by Florida Statute and is commonly referred to as Truth in Millage. It sets forth specific guidelines for the calculation and adoption of the millage rate and the annual budget of the County and its dependent districts.

 

Two public hearings are required to adopt a millage rate and budget. The first public hearing adopting the FY 2019-2020 Tentative Millage Rates & Budget took place on September 10, 2019. 

 

This is the second & Final public hearing and was advertised in the Clay Today on September 19, 2019.
