BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On September 26, 2008, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Yilmar and Gladelix Amador in the amount of $15,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.  The loan has been repaid to the county in full.  The homeowner is released from this obligation.
