SUBJECT: Approval of an impact fee credit agreement for the benefit of Eagle Harbor Joint Venture, the developer of The Crossings DRI. State law requires that DRIs receive impact fee credit for transportation required by the DRI development order. Eagle Harbor is not anticipated to use the majority of its credit because the DRI is almost built out.
