| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The proposed change is to 70 acres that are primarily existing single-family residential development on one acre or so lots. This subject property is a enclave of Agriculture land use bordered on both the east and west by Rural Residential land use, even though the existing land use on the surrounding parcels is similar to the Agriculture enclave.
