| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | Staff was approached to amend the language in the Lake Asbury Master Plan (LAMP) regarding existing developments. Staff’s interpretation of the LAMP has been that if the property owner has not developed to the entitlements granted by the LAMP, that the original zoning districts permitted and conditional uses would apply. The proposed change would clarify staff's interpretation. |
