| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The segment of S.R. 16 between Green Cove Springs and the proposed FCX interchange is expected to experience substantial increase in traffic volumes upon completion of the interchange. In addition, S.R. 16 provides primary access to the Clay County fairgrounds. In developing their Work Program, FDOT looks to local government Comprehensive Plans to prioritize their improvement schedules. |
