| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | This is a change to residential properties that have an Agriculture land use. These properties form an enclave of Agriculture lane use embedded between two areas of Rural Residential land use that exhibit the same characteristics. There is no logical reason for this land to be designated Agriculture. At the Planning Commission meeting, the vote was unanimous to remove one parcel; the staff report reflects that recommendation. |
