SUBJECT: The Planning Commission requested that staff present recommendations concerning the Solite property.  The Planning Commission recommends that the Lake Asbury Master Plan and the Land Development Regulations be amended as shown in the staff memo.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At the request of the Planning Commission, staff provided an overview of the present policies and Land Development Regulations pertaining to said property.  The Planning Commission made changes to the recommendations and offers these changes to the Board for their consideration.  If the Board concurs or offers amended recommendations, staff will prepare changes for review and approval by the Planning Commission and adoption by the Board.
