BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Although Wander Media Company is not the only media company, they are the sole source provider for the destination marketing television channels in hotels throughout northeast Florida and south Georgia (as stated in the attached documentation). This agreement paves the way for Clay County hotels to access Wander's channel and for Clay County Tourism Department to have video footage and marketing distribution to other destinations in northeast Florida and southeast Georgia.
