Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFQ #18/19-40, Financial Advisory Services. If desired, the Board may request presentations or direct staff to proceed with contract negotiations with the number one ranked firm, PFM Financial Advisors.

1.  PFM Financial Advisors = 91

2.  Hilltop Securities = 88.66

3.  Public Resources Advisory Group = 85.66

A committee consisting of the Public Safety Director, Development Services Director, and Senior Staff Accountant has performed the evaluation and ranking. (K. Thomas)

This RFQ provides a full range of financial advisory services to assist the County in meeting its capital financing needs, including but not limited to, conducting financial analysis, feasibility studies, financing options, debt issuance and investment management.
