Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFQ #18/19-41, Underwriting Services. If desired, the Board may request presentations or direct staff to proceed with contract negotiations with the number one ranked firm, UBS Financial Services, Inc.

1.  UBS Financial Services, Inc. = 90.33

2.  RBC Capital Market, LLC = 89.33

3.  Wells Fargo Securities = 81

A committee consisting of the Public Safety Director, Development Services Director, and Senior Staff Accountant has performed the evaluation and ranking. (K. Thomas)
