Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFQ #18/19-42, Bond Counsel. If desired, the Board may request presentations or direct staff to proceed with contract negotiations with the number one ranked firm, Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson.

2.  Bryant Miller Olive = 91.66

2.  Foley & Lardner, LLP = 91.66

3.  Greenberg Traurig, P. A. = 90.66

4.  Holland & Knight, LLP = 90.33

A committee consisting of the Public Safety Director, Development Services Director, and Senior Staff Accountant has performed the evaluation and ranking. (K. Thomas)
