SUBJECT:

This matter was previously discussed at the Board meeting of October 8, 2019. Clay County has been asked to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Duval, Baker, Nassau and St. Johns counties to create a government consortium board to collaborate regarding the prevention of suicide among military veterans living in Northeast Florida. Upon approval of the Interlocal Agreement, the Board is requested to appoint a member to the Council and to designate a County Commissioner Liaison.
