SUBJECT: Approval of the Assignment of Road Impact Fee Credit Agreement executed by the Board on October 8, 2019 in favor of the Armstrong CDD to the WB Investment Company. WB Investment Company’s predecessor entity donated the right of way for the new road known as the Tynes Boulevard Extension to the CDD which then donated the property to Clay County; the CDD will be assigning the credit agreement back to WB Investment Company for use within the Westbank plats.
