SUBJECT: Approval of an Impact Fee Credit Agreement for the benefit of Armstrong Community Development District, along with approval of the assignment of the agreement to the WB Investment Company. WB Investment Company’s predecessor entity donated the right of way for the new road known as the Tynes Boulevard Extension to the CDD which then donated the property to Clay County. The donation of the property is part of the Argyle Forest DRI mitigation plan. The CDD will be assigning the credit agreement back to WB Investment Company for use within the property, subject to the Argyle Forest DRI development order.
