BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Payment for the Keystone Heights CRA is based on taxable values, the current budget is based on values received from the Property Appraiser's office in May. Since that time, the values have increased. In order to cover the costs of payment to the Keystone Heights Community Redevelopment Agency for ad valorem proceeds, a transfer from the General Fund Contingency Reserve in the amount of $95.00 is requested.  

 

NOTE: The current budget is $60,000.00 and the calculated payment due is $60,094.92. Therefore a transfer from the General Fund Contingency funds in the amount of $95.00 is necessary.
