BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On June 25, 2010, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Richard and Kristin Gierbolini in the amount of $8,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.   This was made as a due on sale mortgage.  The County has received the $8,000.00 as payment in full to satisfy the mortgage and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
