BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On January 25, 2010, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Patricia Walsh in the amount of $8,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.  The County has received the $8,000 as payment in full.  The homeowner has been released from this obligation.
