SUBJECT: William Tyrie, Seat 9, resigned December 16, 2019.  At the LAMSBD December 9th meeting, the Board approved and recommended that Melody Pickens replace Mr. Tyrie.  Mr. Tyrie's Seat was to expire in 2020 and Ms. Pickens will continue to fill the Seat and run for election of the Seat in 2020.
