SUBJECT: Staff is proposing to amend the Land Development Code to add RV and Boat Storage as a conditional use in the Industrial zoning districts.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Staff has received proposals for developing RV and Boat Storage Facilities in areas zoned industrial.  Currently such uses are allowed in some commercial zoning districts in PID.
