SUBJECT: Proposed Change to the Land Development Code to Delete the Requirement that Home Occupations get Conditional Use Permits

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Staff is proposing to amend the Land Development Code to no longer require Home Occupation Conditional Use Permits.  They are difficult to enforce and not necessary provided the resident abides by conditional use requirements.  In either case (permit or not) violation of the conditions requires Code Enforcement action.
