SUBJECT: The acceptance of maintenance for the Cameron Oaks Phase 2 subdivision along with the establishment of an MSBU for future resurfacing and surface maintenance.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The construction of the Cameron Oaks Phase 2 Subdivision has been completed in accordance with the Land Development Standards of Clay County. The developer has requested that the County accept maintenance of the subdivision with the establishments of a MSBU.
