The acceptance of maintenance for the Somerset subdivision along with the establishment of an MSBU for future resurfacing and surface maintenance.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The construction of the Somerset Subdivision has been completed in accordance with the Land Development Standards of Clay County. The developer has requested that the County accept maintenance of the subdivision with creation of a MSBU.
