SUBJECT: This is a proposed change to the Land Development Code to delete the requirement that home occupations get Conditional Use Permits

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Home occupation currently require a permit.  Staff believes these are unnecessary and difficult to monitor, in that there should be no noticeable effects to the neighboring properties from home occupations, who will continue to have to meet all conditions.
