BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On January 25, 2008, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Paul Nejal and Diana Graham in the amount of $15,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.   The homeowner recently sold the house and those funds have been repaid to the county.  The homeowner is released from this obligation.
