BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On June 14, 2006,the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Gregory S. Bauer in the amount of $15,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage with a ten (10) year forgiveness clause..  The ten years has since passed without default and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
