SUBJECT: Approval to accept Staff's ranking of RFP #19/20-36, Develop a Mobility Plan and Convert an Impact Fee to a Mobility Fee, and award to the number one ranked firm, Gannett Fleming, Inc. at a cost of $121,951.00. Additional approval of Agreement with Gannett Fleming, Inc. and budget transfer from Unincorporated Municipal Services MSTU Fund Reserves for Contingency in the amount of $44,000.00 for this project is requested. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired.
