| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | JEA and CCUA entered into a settlement agreement on March 29, 2002 that provided in part that JEA will pay to the County a certain percentage of the gross revenues received from the sale of water and wastewater (including reclaimed water) services within the County. While an initial payment was made by JEA, no additional payments were made. This Interlocal Agreement resolves the prior true-up payment necessary to come into compliance with the Settlement Agreement. |
