Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFP #19/20-40, Owner's Representative Services, for 2020 Transportation Bonding Projects and award to the number one ranked firm, WGI, Inc. Approval will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.

1.  WGI, Inc. = 93.33

2.  England-Thims & Miller, Inc. = 90.66

A committee consisting of the Engineering & Public Works Director, Economic & Development Services Director, and Engineering Senior Project Manager has performed the evaluation and ranking. Funding Source: Various Bond Accounts (D. Smith)
