| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | Policy 1.4.8 greatly restricts the ability of parcels with multiple land uses to obtain an amendment to unify their land use to commercial. This policy is too restrictive in that it actually prohibits a unified plan as intended and does nothing to address strip commercial development. |
