BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On October 21, 2004, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Betty Vernon in the amount of $19,910.00 funded through the Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program.  This was made a a due on sale mortgage with a ten (10) year forgiveness clause.  The ten year period has since passed without default and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
