SUBJECT: Susan Grich of the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida, as our lead Consultant, will be providing a summary of the process and presentation of the final documents to meet the requirements for Clay County to be a CDBG Entitlement Community.
  
AGENDA ITEM TYPE:  

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The County's CDBG entitlement for FY 2021-2022 is $1,069,125. Currently the proposed CDBG allocations are as follows: 

 

1)    Housing Rehabilitation -           $255,300.00

2)    Demolition/Replacement of Mobile Homes -   $100,000.00

2)    Public Infrastructure -                 $300,000.00

3)    Code Enforcement -                   $200,000.00

4)    Program Administration -           $213,825.00

The final documents include comments provided to Economic & Development Services during the 30 day public review period.
