| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The proposed amendment to the existing Ravines PUD will modify the use of the building known as “The Lodge” from a 12-room short-term stay, hotel, to a 11 dwelling unit multi-family structure. The amendment will not result in any additional dwelling units being added to the Ravines PUD. The 11 dwelling units will be transferred from other residential areas within the PUD boundaries. There will be no net increase in units within the PUD asa result of this proposed change.
