5.Standing Committee's Recommendation of Approval of Liberty Ambulance Service, Inc.'s Application for Renewal of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for Ambulance Service
The Clay County Department of Public Safety received an application for renewal from Liberty Ambulance Service, Inc. for a Class B, C and D Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. The application was presented to the designated Standing Committee on November 16, 2021, who heard the application and determined to recommend approval.
6.Finance Business
The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1) FL Statute.  Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information.  At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

Following presentations, the Board will conduct a final ranking and then allow staff to begin negotiations. A committee consisting of the Assistant County Manager Motes, Assistant County Manager Nagle, County Building Director,  CCSO Chief of Services, and CCSO Chief of Detention Security performed the evaluation and ranking. A Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The application would change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation of a portion of the western parcel (37-06-24-006770-000-00) comprising 6.51 acres from BF PCN to BF MPC and would also change two portions of the eastern parcel (07-05-25-009076-001-00) totaling 19.6 acres from BF MPC to BF PCN.
