This application is a proposed text amendment to Article III in order to add “RV and Boat Storage” as a Conditional Use in the Lake Asbury Rural Community (LA RC) zoning district.
This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The application would change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation of a single parcel of land from Commercial to Urban Core-10.
This application is a Rezoning of a single parcel from BB (Intermediate Business District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).
The subject parcel is located at the southwest corner of Blanding Blvd. and Venture Lane. There is an existing storage shed business on roughly 3.5 acres of the parcel fronting along Blanding Blvd. The remainder of the parcel is vacant land and a man-made pond.
A Rezoning application to change the Zoning of 39.98 acres from LA MPC and LA VC to PUD.
A county-initiated amendment to Article III of the Land Development Code to allow for manufactured dwelling units as a use by right in the Branan Field Rural Suburbs (BF RS) land use.
