VIDEO1.Public Hearing to consider Application BOA 22-19, Variance to reduce side setback in AR zoning District. (M.Brown)

Variance to the Clay County Land Development Code, Article III, Section 3-13(f)(5), to decrease to side setback in the AR zoning district from 20 ft. to 10 ft.

VIDEO2.Public Hearing to consider Application BOA 22-20; Variance to allow accessory structure to be located in front yard in AG zoning district. (M. Brown)

Variance to the Clay County Land Development Code, Article III, Section 3-6(d)(2), to allow an accessory structure to be located in the front yard of a lot less than one acre in size in the Agriculture zoning district.
