The term of the Agreement is three (3) years. The Agency will also provide an education program for residents and visitors in the amount of $100,000.00 for the first year. Continuation of this service will be contingent on its success. The Agreement allows for decreases or increases in cost and services based on budget and must be agreed upon in writing via an amendment.
